Cancellation/Confirmation Policies and Fees
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations less than 24-hour notice are subject to a charge of 25% of the total cost of service. If you do not call to cancel and do not show up for your appointment, you are subject to a charge of 50% of the total cost of service.
Confirming is available through text, email or by phone. If we are unable to confirm your appointment within 12-24 hours before your scheduled time, you may lose your appointment spot.
