Join Nomad Fitness Saturday, September 18th for an invigorating morning walk and a relaxing salt session.
You will begin with a 45 minute outdoor walk with interval session instructed by our local fave, Jen Barrett, from Kore Bootcamps.
After the Walk/Interval session, participants will split into two groups. One group will remain in the luxury lounge and enjoy snacks and mimosas. The other group will enjoy a 30 minute Salt Session. Then the groups will switch.
Tickets are $35 and include the fitness session, a 30 minute Salt session, and Mimosas & Snacks!
